煮込みやヤキトリがあります。

小ぶりで食べやすい白レバー。

提供時に間違いかな？と思いましたが
串の上下は豚バラ(豚の脂ブロック？)。
真ん中に4ヶのカシラがありました。
脂も好きなので豚バラ好きは思わぬラッキー。

スピード提供。
絹豆腐、モツがしっかり煮込まれています。
長ネギが彩りにあると全然違いますね。
モツは柔らかく染み染み、お豆腐の溶ける感じも良かった。
