2018年2月17日（土）夕食。相方と。
サンロードの途中の建物の2階にある焼肉屋。路上に「やきにく食べ放題：1980円」というサインが出ていて、安いねえ、入ってみようかと階段を上がる。
18時30分になるところで、僕たちが最初の客だったみたい。定食か食べ放題を注文しますかと訊かれて、食べ放題を注文しようと思っていると答えると、壁際のカウンター席に座るように言われた。テーブル席もあるのだが、それは単品で注文する上客用の席らしい（笑）。
生ビールを頼んで、やきにく食べ放題（1980円・税別）を注文。基本セット：牛カルビ、牛タン、豚タン、豚トロ、ホルモン、鶏モモと書いてあった。制限時間は90分。
最初に一通り出てくる。鶏モモ：まあまあ。僕の焼きが良かったこともある（笑）。豚トロ：普通。牛タンと豚タン：良くない。ホルモン：普通。牛カルビ：良くない。うーむ……。牛カルビを1人前おかわりしただけで60分が経過してラストオーダー。食べ放題はあっけなく終了した。
店内のテレヴィで今日金メダルを獲った羽生結弦選手の滑りを繰り返し放送していて、お客さんが釘付けになっている。僕たちの隣の2組もいずれも食べ放題を注文していた。それはああいうサインを路上に出して客を引いていたらそういう客が集まるよな。店の方は＋600円でライスやサラダが付くセットや＋450円で牛ハラミなども食べられるセットの注文を取ろうとしていたが、我々の意志は固かった（笑）。
別の頼み方をすればもうちょっと良い肉もあるのかもしれないが、わからない。僕が生ビールを1杯おかわりして、相方はおかわりにレモンサワーを頼んで、会計は6376円だった。
＊この店が吉祥寺で750店目のレヴューになると思います。1977年の夏から秋を思い出します。756店に達したら一段落かなと思います。
