【沖縄タンメン】 900円＋大盛100円
お出汁が澄んでて野菜の甘みが載った絶品。
ソーキと違い，ハム状の薄めチャーシューが一枚。
すば（そば）は 程よいコシがあり，タンメンというだけあってキャベツ主体の野菜がどっさり載っています。ごく薄っすらと餡のとろみが付いてたかも知れません。
驚いたのは【コールスローサラダ】がデフォで付いてきたこと。
シャキっと煮た（？）キャベツに，優しい味のマヨネーズにほんのりと柑橘の香りが効いていました。
【ワッフル アップル＋生クリーム】 700円
薄めカリっとサクっとした食感。軽くコンフォートされたアップルは，よくあるシナモンをギンギンに効かせたものと異なり，自然な味。生クリームは素朴で甘すぎず。全体に甘さ控えめで自然な食感と味は一食の価値アリと思います。
