食券を買ってから並ぶスタイル。数人の待ちだった。ベジポタ味玉入りつけ麺&太もちもち麺で注文。胚芽麺にしようと思っていたのに「うどんのようなもちもち」という言葉に負けてしまった。
味玉と肉や水菜の入ったつけ汁は柚子がほんのり香って、太い麺に合う。優しい味ながらも、最後に唐辛子のピリッが来る。
実際に太もちもち麺は、太くてもちもちではあるがうどんのようではなく、太いラーメンだなあと思った。
胚芽麺にすべきだったかも。
