豆大福が大好きな私はここでも豆大福を探しておりました(^_^;)
昨日は太子堂の豆大福を今日はここ梅園の物を試してみました。
いや美味しいですわ
塩加減といい、餅の食感といい、餡の感じといい
今まで経験したものとは少し違った組み合わせの豆大福だなって感想です
餅は柔らかさの追求というよりも、しっかりした食感がある感じでなるほど、これも有りだなと
餡もおはぎを彷彿とさせるような感じの餡で、あぁこれもまた美味しって感じで
なんか良かった
思いがけず美味しい物に出会えた感じでした
後日、乙女餅という見た目豆大福のような商品を頂きましたが、こちらは更に餅がしっかりした食感で、餡はこしあんでした。
塩分もこちらの方がしっかり感じられてなるほど、これもいいなと
以前は粒餡オンリーで、こし餡や白餡なんかって考えだったのですが、大人になった今、粒餡が後回しになるくらいです(^_^;)
どちらがいいかといわれると、私は豆大福かなぁ
