吉祥寺の閑静な住宅街にありながら、カフェTOKYO百名店入りの人気カフェ。
もともとはコーヒーの味わいの違いがよく分からなかったという店主様は、たまたま飲んだコーヒーに驚いたことがきっかけで、その先の世界が広がっていったといいます。
同じ思いを人々に伝えたいという思いからオープンしたお店は、今年で開店12年になります。コーヒーだけでなくオリジナルのシロップで作るラテやトースト、チーズケーキも提供しています。
休日20分前に店前に着いた時は先客1名でしたが、開店前まで自分も含めて並びはありませんでした。
しかし開店と同時に2階席はすぐ埋まるという人気っぷり。オーダーからサーブまでは15分近くかかりました。

→飲んだ瞬間の口当たりまろやか、後味にほんのり酸味。でも強すぎる酸味じゃなくてとても柔らかな酸味です。ハーブのような香りが口の中に広がります。深さは浅煎り寄りの中煎りくらいでした。
ほんとうにしみじみ美味しい…。いつも自分で淹れているので久しぶりにバリスタさんが淹れたコーヒーを飲めてとても幸せでした。
2階席のお客様は全員1名客だったので終始のんびりゆったり静かな時間が流れます。
店員さんはとても親切で素敵なお二人。これは人気が出るのも分かります。いつかトーストも食べてみたい！
