感染防止対策といたしまして |
妻と2人で訪問。13時ちょっと前だったので並ぶかなと思っていましたが5分ほどで入れました。
出た時には7、8人並んでいたのでタイミングが良かったようです。
特製煮干し 玉ねぎ増し
妻が
特製醤油
安定の美味しさです。
麺は全粒粉使用の中細ストレート。絶妙な茹で加減で自分の好みのど真ん中です。
スープは煮干しが強く香るも苦味やエグ味はほぼ無いです。
鶏チャーシュー柔らかすぎず適度な噛み応えが最高。
レアチャーシューも味がよく染みていて薄切りでも食べ応えあります。
味玉は黄身が濃厚でとっても美味しいです。
玉ねぎ増しは、最初はさっぱりして良かったんですが、麺を食べ切った後でスープを味わいたい時に玉ねぎが強すぎ折角のスープに勝ってしまっててちょっと後悔。
いつも醤油か煮干しで悩んで、まだ塩に至れてないので、いつかは塩もいきたいです。
ラーメン同様、接客も丁寧で気持ちよくラーメンを堪能できました。
