こちらのお店の前を通ったところ，外のポスターでエスプリ・ドゥ・パリの究極のモンブランを売っているとのこと．慌てて入店して3個を購入して帰りました．これの何処をして究極と呼ぶかは異論もあるところかと思いますが，エスプリ・ドゥ・パリの究極のモンブラン説明によると，栗の裏漉しと天津甘栗のベースにフランス産マロンのババロアを載せ，周りを和栗のマロンクリームでウネウネと盛り上げトップに国産渋皮栗の甘露煮を乗せたものとのことです．まずは食べてから．…文句なくとても美味しいです．ただし，1000円近いお値段です．
