Bubby’s Kichijoji store is located on the 1st floor of Coppice KICHIJOJI, a commercial facility along Motomachi Street, about a 3-minute walk from the north exit of Kichijoji Station. I visited for the first time at noon in late February. The time was a little before 11 o'clock. The entrance door was closed and the inside of the store was dark, so it wasn't open yet? Or, since the door is small compared to the store's capacity, is there another entrance? ? So I walked around the store and saw about three groups of customers in the back, and there were no other doors, so I entered the store, figuring that the first thing I saw was the entrance. The restaurant has a total of 65 table seats. Apparently, customers are seated in order from the back, and I was guided to a two-seater table in the back. Look at the menu on the table. On this day, I ordered "Eggs Benedict" (1,500 yen tax included) from "Bubby's Lunch Plate" *Comes with home fries or green salad → choose home fries "Set Coffee" (250 yen tax included). First of all, the coffee came out right away, and after about 10 minutes of waiting, the plate was brought out. ``Eggs Benedict'' comes with a choice of toppings: homemade smoked ham, homemade smoked salmon, or avocado & tomato, so on this day I chose homemade smoked salmon. I tried it right away with a fork and knife♪ Ooh, the poached egg (soft-boiled egg) with lots of hollandaise sauce has a melty texture and the taste is irresistible! (>_<) Yummy The fluffy texture of the English muffin is also fun (#^.^#) Mmph I finished it in no time. When I came to Bubby's, I was able to enjoy the delicious Eggs Benedict that was a must-have.
