きょうはお休みをとって病院まわり。
在宅勤務だし健康に自信をもっていたら、いろいろなとこに不具合が…(笑) 定期的なチェックは重要ですね。
○鮭といくらの出汁茶漬け 780円
鮭は硬めで少し小さめ。いくらはぷちぷちでおいしかったです。お出汁はたっぷり。
副菜にごまだれ豆腐、きんぴら、高菜のあえものがありシンプルな健康ごはん。
お茶漬けって久しぶりに食べたのですが、美味しかったです(* ´ ▽ ` *)家でもアレンジ茶漬け作ってみよう。
