餃子とスパークリング？
と思いつつ、どちらも好きなので物は試しと来店しました。女性も入りやすい明るい店内で、気軽に利用できます。
まずお通しがお気に入り。ポップコーンとケールのチーズフライ！
ほんの少しの苦味と、それにチーズのコクと濃いめの塩気がめちゃくちゃよく合います。ワインにも合いますね。
餃子はいろいろ種類がありますが、バジルやチーズなど、洋風な組み合わせが多くて、ワインとのマリアージュなるほど、と思いました。ついどれも食べたくなりますね。
チーズの盛り合わせなどもあって、軽く飲みたい場合にも使いやすいかなと思います。
映えで言うなら、スパークリングワインにわたあめのトッピングができるのでおすすめ。
ピンク色でふわっと溶ける瞬間はなかなか可愛かったです。甘ったるい訳では無く普通に美味しいので、ぜひ試して見て欲しいです◎
