JR吉祥寺駅のガード下にある立ち食いうどん屋さん。「伊吹いりこ」の出汁を使った「讃岐うどん」のお店で、いつも沢山のお客さんで賑わっています。
●冷たいうどん＋ちくわ磯辺天 ¥600
店内の製麺機で作られた太い「うどん」は強いコシがあり、とても喉越しが良くモチモチした食感。
「出汁」は、香川県の伊吹島で獲れる「伊吹産いりこ(カタクチイワシ)」の煮干を使い、イワシのコクと旨みを感じる優しい味わいです。
揚げた「いりこ」に加え、揚げ玉と青ネギやおろし生姜の薬味が無料で入れ放題というのも嬉しいですね。
気軽に入れる立ち食いうどん屋さんとしては、そこそこボリュームもあり、本場の讃岐うどんを堪能できるお店だと思います。
