ミシュランガイド東京2019ビブグルマン獲得の『西荻窪はや人』と『麺ハチイチ／81 Noodle BAR』の姉妹店です。
餃子テイクアウト専門店も今後出店予定だそうです。

☆まずは生ビールと生キムチ！
生ビールは我慢出来ずに写真撮る前に飲み干した。
生キムチは白菜サラダのキムチ味的な感じ。
白菜の甘味が引き立っていてめちゃくちゃ美味い✨
酸味はなくて、しっかり辛くて、魚介の塩辛の味もしっかりあって普通のキムチより好きかも！
ビールがめちゃくちゃススム♪
☆続いてセンマイ刺し
甘辛でちょい酸味のあるの味噌胡麻ダレが美味しい！
センマイはもはやタレと酒を飲む為にあるんじゃないかと言っても過言。
☆ホルモン８種盛り合わせ
焼肉はホルモンを食べる為に外食していると言っても過言じゃない程ホルモン好き！
豚のミノ、ハツ、レバー、大腸、小腸、頬肉、タン、あとひとつ忘れた。
日によって８種は違うそうです。
3辛にしてみましたが、程よい辛さで美味しい✨
ホルモン盛り合わせは辛味無しにも出来ますが、どうせなら辛味アリで楽しみたいし、白→赤→ホルモン盛りの順番で頼もうかと思ってたけど、店主のススメでまずはホルモン盛り合わせから。
言う事聞いて先に頼んで良かった！！

なんならホルモン盛りだけでも充分満足なくらい！
いやー、コレはここ来たら必須ですね。
ここいらでハチイチ割へシフト。
焼酎をキリンZEROで割ったやつ。
コレが意外と美味しい！
白ホッピーに近い感じでクセがなく、よりビールの感覚に近い。
ZEROビール1本で中３杯楽しめました。
☆続いて盛り合わせ赤
ハラミ、カルビ、タン、レバー
牛タンはタレじゃなくて塩でしょ！って方、タレも美味しいですよ(^^)
豚と牛どちらのタンとレバーを楽しめるのも良き♪
ハラミとカルビもちゃんと美味しい
そのままでもタレが揉み込んであるので美味しいですが、つけダレに付けるとより酒が進みます。
そして、焼肉といえば白米。
ライスは250円でおかわりし放題です✨✨✨
そりゃおかわりするよね♪
以前、学生さんで11杯おかわりした方がいたそうです笑
ライスを食べ終わったら
☆盛り合わせ白とブルー
またホルモンと酒に戻ります。
塩味の牛のギアラ、センマイ、シマチョウ、レバー盛り合わせ。
ホルモンの鮮度が良いのか、塩でも全く臭く無い。
コリコリプリプリフワフワ食感✨
ブルーに切り替えたあたりから結構酔いが回ってる。
☆最後の締めで冷麺ハーフ
ツルシコの丸麺。
さっぱりしていて〆に最適。
他の方のレビューでも冷麺を絶賛されている方が多く、姉妹店の『麺ハチイチ／81 Noodle BAR』でも頂けるそうです。
ただ、冷麺の味をほとんど覚えてない。
今度はシラフで冷麺を食べに行ってみよう♪
最後に頂いた餃子もとても美味しかったです！(^^)
アイドルタイムに伺った事もあって、店主さんからいろいろお話しを聞けたり、コロナ禍でも安心してホルモンと酒が楽しめました(^^)
