フランス産の上質な素材と手作りにこだわるパリ発パティスリー・ブーランジェリー。
リベルテは、仏産直送の小麦粉、仏産のAOPバターや塩など上質な素材のみを使用し |
翌朝のパンを購入する為に利用。
吉祥寺の商店街のアーケードから少しだけ外れた場所にあり、パティスリーとしても人気のお店。
店内は明るく、清潔感に溢れるオシャレな造りで、しっかりとした非日常感を感じさせてくれる。
この日は夕刻お邪魔する予定であったので、事前に予約の電話を入れておいたが、それぞれの食パンの特徴を丁寧に説明してくれ、気持ちよくお願い出来た。
今回お願いしたのは、パン・ド・ミー・ジャポネ。国産小麦を使いモッチリとした食感を大切にしているパン・ド・ミーと言うことだった。
翌朝、トーストして食べてみる。通常の食パンより2回りほど小さく、その分厚切りにしてもらったのだが、お店の仰る通りモッチリの食感。
小麦の味以外に何か香るのだが、最後まで何かはわからなかった。
これがこのパンの特徴なのかも知れないが、個人的にはこの香りが引っかかり、また食べたいな。と思う感じにはならなかったのが残念。
機会があれば他のパンも試してみよう。
