リベルテは、仏産直送の小麦粉、仏産のAOPバターや塩など上質な素材のみを使用し |
角を曲がってすぐのガラス張りのお店です。店内は白で統一されていて、上品な雰囲気です。15時頃にうかがい私の他にお客さんが2人いました。平日のこの時間帯なので混むことはなかったですが、ひっきりなしにお客さんが来ていました。午後は品揃えが悪いかもしれないという口コミがありましたが、平日15時、全商品揃ってました。
“パングルモン バジル ベーコン”
バジルに惹かれて買いました。バジル感強めで美味しいですし、なんといってもバゲットが最高でした。
“クロワッサン”
思ってたより大きく、通常のクロワッサンの3倍近くあると思います。バターがたっぷり使われているようで、サクサクなのですが食べ応えがあります。
“フレジエ”
少し高いですが、値段納得の味です。甘み控えめないちごとバタークリームの相性抜群で、上品な甘さが最高でした。こんなに美味しいケーキは初めて食べました。
ケーキもパンも本当に美味しかったので、全制覇したいです！ちょっとお高めなのでご褒美にでも。
