この日は22日熟成させた鹿児島県産の黒毛和牛！
上タンは柔らかく歯がすーーって入る食感！

熟成タンは上タンと比較してさらに柔らかいタン！
焼く前から脂がとろけてた...！
焼く時間はほんとさっと焼くだけでいいぐらい！
熟成された肉の深みと美味さが半端ない逸品！

よくみるユッケとは違い肉肉しさがあってとろける...！
