改装後の評価が上がりました
改装してからしばらく経ちましたが、ようやくの来店です。改装前にちょこちょこ行ってたんですけどね。訪問するお店が増えてしまってなかなか来れませんでした。店内のレイアウトはさほど変わってないような気もします。一人用のカウンターが窓際にあるのは助かりますね。で、定番のフルーツパフェをオーダーします。
しばらくしてやってきました。アイスの部分を一口食べると…ん？甘さが以前より少しマイルドになった？ なんか食べやすいです。いやいや、これならばランチ後でも普通に食べれるかもしれません。
それと、今回パフェを持ってきてくれた男のスタッフさんですが、取りにくいかもしれませんから、こちらのお皿に取り分けて頂いてもいいです。と丁寧に説明をしてくれました。笑顔も忘れずに素敵なスタッフさんでしたね。こういうところでもお店の差は出ますからね。
あちこちパフェは食べているので、もっと食べにくいところも何度も経験してますから（笑）平気なんですけど、こういう優しいスタッフさんがいるところは、リピートしたくなります。
私の中では、改装前に比較的して、かなりレベルアップしましたね、吉祥寺のリーベルさんは！

今月のパフェにもう少し変化があると更に嬉しいですね。
時々お邪魔してます。今月のパフェを頂くことが多いのですが、月によるのでしょうけど、あまり月毎の変化が感じられないのがちょっと残念ですね。ま、他のメニューを頼めよ！ということなんでしょうけど、値段はともかく量がそんなに食べれないので、値段は高くても良いんですけど、量をもう少し少なくしてくれたら頼みやすいんですけどね…

I stopped by for a business meeting, but it was a rainy weekday afternoon, so there were hardly any customers. It's been a while since I last visited, so I was wondering what to order, but I think I'll go for a standard fruit parfait with a few varieties. It's been a while since I last visited, so I can't remember what it was like before, but it seems like the portions are a little less substantial...or maybe it's just my imagination. However, the amount of Ice cream at Liber is just right for me. I get a bit bored with too much. I think the key to enjoying anything is the right amount, so mega servings don't excite me at all. I want the amount to taste just right. The design isn't particularly eye-catching, but it's not cheap either, there are plenty of seats, and overall I think it's a stable restaurant.
