西友の1階の以前チァムという店だったところが確か去年からワイン飲み放題のnomunoという店になって、そのうちに行ってみようと思っていたのだが、数日前に「BIGOLI×nomuno」「元祖ボロネーゼ専門店BIGOLIコラボメニュー」というサインが出ていることに気が付いて、そのボロネーゼを食べにランチに行ってみた。
相方はレディースセット（980円）にして、シングルサイズパスタはオリジナル、セットドリンクはアップルジュース、それに本日のデザートのプリンが付いてくる。僕はパスタは熟成チーズ（メニューには840円と書いてあったがあとでレシートを見ると890円となっていた）を「当店標準サイズ」のダブルで。ソフトドリンク（＋100円）をアイスコーヒーで。
相方のシングルサイズのパスタは量がとても少なく見えた。どちらのパスタにも牛肉はごろごろ入っていて、それはそれで良いのだが、麺がおいしくない。生麺のようなのだが、玉になってしまっていて、ぐだぐだ。味付けは、おそらく素材の味を活かすために最小限にしているのだと思うが、特にオリジナルの方は味が足りないと思えた。熟成チーズでもまだ物足りない感じだった。うーん、今一つ。
