2020年3月20日（金）（休）夕食。相方と。
去年開店した、ホルモン焼きを前面に打ち出している焼肉屋。18時40分くらいに店内へ。客数は多かったが、すぐに座ることができた。
生ビールを頼んで、ホルモンの盛り合わせのホルモン3種（990円）をタレで、それと、黒毛和牛焼肉の黒毛和牛ロース系のとうがらし（980円）、黒毛和牛カルビ系の上バラ（上カルビ）（1180円）、牛ハラミの和牛ハラミ（1180円）を、いずれもタレで注文した。お通しにキャベツの千切りが出てきた。
先に出てきた黒毛和牛焼肉から食べ始める。ホルモン3種は、まるちゃん、レバー、豚まるちゃんだった。ホルモンは味噌だれ、そのほかはしょうゆだれ。なかなかおいしい。中でも、レバー、豚まるちゃん、上バラ（上カルビ）がおいしかった。
ＢＧＭは有線放送だと思うがロックの名曲という感じで、「ストレンジャー」「ライク・ア・ローリング・ストーン」「マイ・シャローナ」とか、ツェッペリンやプリンスが流れていた。
締めにカルビクッパ（760円）を食べる。これもまあまあおいしかった。生ビールを僕が2杯、相方はカルピスサワーを1杯おかわりして、会計は8877円だった。
ホームページを見ると今直営で10店、ＦＣ店が1店あるチェーンのようだ。吉祥寺はホルモン激戦地だが、まあまあ良い店ができたのではないかと思う。
