開店5分前に到着すると、先客並びが2名。程なく地下の店内へ。券売機で食券を購入。左上の法則に従い、特製貝出汁醤油そば1100円をチョイス。
直列カウンター8席のみ。若いお二人で賄っていた。あ、貝めしの小さいのがあるのか。カウンターから直接現金でお願いした。優しく旨みのある貝出汁スープがとてもおいしい。細麺ともよく合っている。少し食べ進めたら、デフォルトで付いてくる柚子胡椒を投入したほうがよい。牛肉に胡椒を振るようなもので、味はこれでちょうどよくなる。
貝めしも少し食べたら、スープをかけて食べるのが最もうまい食べ方だと感じた。
