大好きだった吉祥寺のビストロ 「ガロパン」がコロナ禍に閉店してしまって約2年。
その跡地にこんな可愛らしいバーガー喫茶が出来ていました。
この可愛らしい #喫茶店のプリン がお目当てで行きました。
固めの懐かしいプリンは幼い頃に食べた昭和な味がして、
なんともノスタルジック。
そして、BBQソースのパイナップルバーガーは肉汁溢れるパテと甘く焼いたパイナップルのコンビネーションが最高で、めちゃくちゃ美味しかったです。
バンズがブリオッシュ生地のようでほんのり甘くてこれも美味しい。
付け合わせのポテトはカリカリで
最高の揚げ具合。
Bgmは私が大学生だった頃の
懐かしくて心に染みちゃうやつ。
行ってみて良かったなぁ。
また伺います。
