大きなコの字カウンターを囲みながら気取らない雰囲気で美味しいもつ焼きを頂きました。
大衆的な雰囲気ですがちゃんと清潔感があり居心地もよかったです。
もつ焼き専門店らしくかなりの種類のもつ焼きが揃います。
この日は上タン、カシラ、テッポウ、つくねなど頂きました。塩かタレはお任せにしました。
上タンはタン元を集めた限定品で脂の乗りもよくサックリした食感の焼き加減も抜群です。
カシラ、テッポウは少し甘めのタレが香ばしく、改めてタレも良いなーと感じさせてくれます。
その他軽く火入れしたレバ刺しや濃いめに味付けられた煮込み、ブレンズと呼ばれる脳などもつ焼き以外にも魅力的なサイドメニューも頂けます。
スタッフさんも活気があり、一串200円前後ともつ焼きとしてはまずまずの価格設定ですが十分満足できるお店でした。
