2022年12月8日（木）夕食。相方と。
今日はトムとジョンの日。1日村山で仕事。吉祥寺の駅で相方と会って食べて行くことに。東急の9階に新しくできたうなぎ屋に行ってみた。このスペース、以前は何だっただろう？ 全然思い出せない。
瓶ビールを頼んで、うな重（国産うなぎ）の特上（4620円）を2つ注文した。僕はご飯は大で、相方は中で。＋200円でお吸い物を肝吸いに変更できるというので、2つともそうしてもらった。ちなみにうな重は、上（3/4尾）（3960円）、特上（1尾）（4620円）、極（1.5尾）（6600円）の3種類だった。
うな重は8分くらいで出てきた。身は厚くない。とろっとした食感。たれはとても少なく、やや甘めで、みりんが強め。しかし、小骨がとても多かったことと、やや生臭さがあったことで、残念なうなぎいだった。瓶ビールを1本おかわりして、会計は11070円だった。
店名の前に「江戸前うなぎ」とあるのだが、検索すると、阪急西宮ガーデンズで1店舗を経営しているうなぎ屋の2店舗目のようだ。なぜまた吉祥寺に？ 百貨店のレストランフロアだからテナントを選ぶ目は確かだろうと思って入ったのだが、まあ、東急だからな……。
