初詣の帰りに吉祥寺で初めてのうなぎ屋さんに入りました。
'23/1 お昼に二人で訪問
吉祥寺東急のレストラン街にあるこちらは大阪に本店があるみたいです。
個室になっていておちつきますね。
ひつまぶし
関西のうなぎ屋さんにはありますね。
パリッと香ばしく焼かれたうなぎは脂の載りがよく旨いです。
おダシを掛けていただくとやっぱり美味しい。
うな重上
こちらは蒸してから焼いているようでふっくら軟らかなうなぎが最高。
色は薄いが辛めのタレが染みたごはんも旨い。
