吉祥寺に2022年10月1日に新しくオープンした新店。
オーナーはレストランやホテル出身シェフとのこと。
斬新に目新しいガトーが並ぶかと思いきや、意外にもいい意味でクラシックなケーキが多い。
そんなパティスリーでケーキを買ってきました。
【マニフィック(567円)】
フランス語で素晴らしいという名と店名からスペシャリテだと思います。
ショコラオレとキャラメルの味わいが強いガトーです。
そこにバナナのような甘い香りがほのかにするまとまりの良さ。
【ショートケーキ(518円)】
飾りは苺ですが、中にはマスカットとぶどうが。
生地はきめ細かくやわらかな食感です。
爆発的に美味しいというよりは全体的にバランスの取れた仕上がりです。
【プリン(324円)】
こちらは見た目とは異なりしっかりとした食感のプリン。
いい意味で少し固めに仕上がっており、キャラメルのビター感も。
生クリームが良い仕事をしています。
どのケーキもとびぬけて美味しいというより、安心感のある安定感です。
バランスも良く、地元のケーキ屋さんとして人気が出るんじゃないでしょうか。
長ーく続く地元に愛されるケーキ屋さんであってほしいですね。
