吉祥寺でいつもの通りぶらぶらしてたら夕方に…
ちょっと小腹が空いたので、
・フォーティントーキョー 吉祥寺店
さんに伺い、入口左にある券売機で
・生麺 牛肉フォー １１００円
（１日：３０食限定）
を購入し店員さんへ食券を渡し２階のカウンター
にて待つ事約５分位で提出されました。
自分にとってデトックス出来る２件目の店舗を
見つけちゃったかもしれません。
スープは牛や豚骨の旨みたっぷりだったけど
提供時に店員さんに別途追加（無料）注文した
ライムをを一絞りしたからサッパリ感も楽しめる
スープでした。
スープ一口飲むたびに体細胞がデトックスされる
感じで、うぁ〜の小声が自然と出ちゃったw
途中から卓上のニンニク酢で甘さをプラスし
またその後にチリソースで辛みをプラスし完食。
牛肉も美味しくパクチー追加で香味アップも有り
かもしれませんね。
口コミで生麺が無い旨のコメントが多かったけど
運良く生麺有ったのでポチりましたが、
次回伺う機会があれば乾麺をポチって、
生麺と乾麺の比較をしてみたいです。
