国内3号店 牛肉のフォー1種類のみ |
かなり昔の話だがベトナムに旅行へ行った際にフォーの旨さに感動して旅行中の昼飯はフォーばかり食べていた。その後日本でもフォーを求めて彷徨ったがフォー自体を提供するお店も少なくたまに三軒茶屋へ食べに行く程度だった。時は流れ、最近フォーを食べることもなくなったが、吉祥寺にフォー専門店ができたと聞き訪問してみた。どうやら牛骨スープのフォー。メニューにパクチーがあり追加。澄んだ牛骨スープは旨み、コクもしっかり出ていてかなり旨い。麺もなかなか。パクチーはやはり多めがおいしいね。これはいい店ができた。また来よう。
