【総評】
旭川のジンギスカンの名店が地元吉祥寺にできたので、いつか行こうとベンチマークしていました。
今回は会社の仲間との懇親会だったので、飲み放題のついた『大黒屋コース』を注文します。
コースの内容は、肩ロース、モモ、ショルダー、ヒレ、ハーブ、ソーセージ、ごはん、つまみ、サラダ、デザートと充実したラインナップです。
流石に本場北海道で行列を作るだけあって、特有の臭みは一切無く、羊肉の旨味を存分に堪能できます。
お肉は部位それぞれによって食感や味わいが異なりますが、特にヒレ肉は絶品でこれまで食べた羊肉の概念を覆すほどの美味しさです。
また通常はもやしとキャベツがメインの野菜も、人参、玉ねぎ、南瓜等と変わり種ですが、羊肉から出た旨味と脂を吸った根菜類は癖になる美味しさです。
今回ヒレ肉が抜群に美味しかったので、次回はコースではなくアラカルトから好きな部位を好きなだけ注文したいと思います。
