山賊そば かけを発注。生が無いとの事で瓶ビールをお願いすると赤星が。いいですねー。
こちらのメニューは定食で小鉢2品、かやくご飯、香の物がセットになっています。
まず一品はホタルイカと和布の梅肉和えですが旬を上手く使いますね。ビールのあてにサイコーです。続いて、そばの山賊焼きを。コレが揚げ物なのにツユに浸かっても衣がしっかりしてる。そして味もしっかりしていて美味しい
さらにツユも鶏で出汁取ってるような甘味があります。そば自体も風味がしっかりしているので、きっとせいろの方が味わえるんでしょうねえ。
卵焼きの小鉢には岩海苔が添えてあって、すごくあいます。なんで今まで無かったんだろう。
そしてかやくご飯ですが、生姜の効いた鶏そぼろで、コレまた上品な美味さ。
こちらの料理人さんはトータルに膳のバランスを考えられているんでしょう。全体で一つにまとまっている印象で、ランチを作品に昇華させていると言っても過言ではありません。
夜に伺いたい名店かも。
