2024年5月11日（土）夕食。相方と。
吉祥寺・ここは昔シリーズ。ここは昔、「シネマシネマ」という、映画を観ることができる喫茶店と言うかカフェと言うか飲食店だったと思う。ただ、ちょっと記憶が曖昧で、もしかすると近くのほかの建物だったかもしれない。僕はおそらく2回その店に行ったことがあった。だいたい40年前だったと思う。何を観たのかも忘れたが、おそらく当時配給の問題でほかでは観ることができなかった映画を観たのだろう。「俺たちに明日はない」とか「2001年宇宙の旅」とか。「ファイヴ・イージー・ピーセス」とか「さらば冬のかもめ」とか。
そして相方によると、ここは20年前はライヴ・ハウスだったそうだ。店の人に訊くと、同じ答えが返ってきた。検索すると、Planet Kというライヴハウスだったみたいだ。僕はその店のことは全然知らない。
5月の風薫る快晴の土曜日。午後は自宅で仕事。夕食も吉祥寺で。今日は久し振りに吉祥寺から一歩も出なかった。1日吉祥寺。何年振りだろう？
食べログでニューオープンの店を検索して出てきたこの店に、直前に電話して席を確保して行ってみた。アマルフィースパークリング・スパークリングワイン×瀬戸内レモンを2杯もらった。海のカルパッチョ（1680円）、魚介と旬野菜のフリットミスト（1480円）トリッパのピリ辛トマト煮込み（980円）を注文した。
カルパッチョはくろむつ。脂が載っていてまあまあおいしかった。フリットは穴子、ちあゆ、山芋。穴子は肉厚。ちあゆの苦味に春を感じた。トリッパはピリ辛のトマトソース。まあまあだった。
2杯目は赤のアントヌッティとカラニウールをもらった。前者は渋味が強めの重厚さ。後者はちょっと塩っぱくてほど良い軽さ。どちらもおいしかった。
店内には薪窯があってピッツァが売りのようなので、ビスマルク（2180円）を注文。そのピッツァは生地がふっかふっか、もっちもっちでとてもおいしかった。
会計は12375円。訊くと、ヴァベーネとかＥＬＭＯとか新時代とかを経営している（有）ソフトラインという会社の経営とのことだった。
