Dinner on Sunday, July 9, 2023. With my partner. Work in Murayama in the afternoon. For dinner, get off on the Chuo Line. I went to Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) on Chuo-dori, the south exit of Mitaka. We were seated right away at 7:35pm. I ordered a draft beer, and from the menu in the booklet I ordered piste Grilled skewer asparagus rolls (270 yen), enoki rolls (270 yen), and toribou (270 yen), and from today's recommended blackboard, I ordered tuna pieces from a tuna shop (580 yen). I ordered ratatouille with plenty of summer vegetables (530 yen), Grilled skewer bonjiri (270 yen), and skin (270 yen). To order food, write the quantity on a sheet of paper and hand it over. Much better than a smartphone (lol). The tuna meat came out cut into very fine pieces. One more thing. Ratatouille was delicious. Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) were not good enough. Asparagus roll and enoki roll were OK. The skin and bonjiri (both served with salt) were quite tasty. To finish off my meal, I ordered fried rice (700 yen) for when you're hungry. Fluffy and interesting fried rice. My partner said it had salmon in it. I didn't really understand. I refilled two draft beers, and the bill was 6,430 yen. I was told that I could not produce a receipt, nor could I see the details.
