祝日のランチタイム過ぎに二人で初訪問しました。
カウンターの奥には二人掛けのデーブルが2組
奥のテーブルに通されメニューの中から
オススメをお聞きすると
ニラとエビの餃子が人気らしい。
そんなやり取りを奥で聞いていた女将さんが
「ニラは焼き餃子、エビはスープが美味しいよ」
とても優しい眼差しの女将さんのアドバイス
注文したのは

すぐにスープと皿盛りされた盛りのいいサラダ
程なくして配膳された「 エビのスープ餃子 」
ふわふわの皮の中からはプリプリのエビが映えます
肉餡の旨味とエビの旨味が皮にしみわたり
これは うまい！！
大ぶりのニラ餃子から溢れ出す肉汁
よく焼かれた皮から凝縮された肉汁が
湧き出てきます。
食事が終わり振り返った時の
女将さんの笑顔が印象に残ります。
『 エビはスープが美味しでしょ 』
その通りでした。
また女将さんの笑顔を見に再訪したいと思います
美味しくいただきました。
