ふらっと行きたくなる地鶏の店
何度かお邪魔していましたが投稿は初めて。
三鷹 車さん
宮崎地鶏の料理が美味しいお店。
１人でふらっと入ったのでカウンターに。
すぐに注文。
角ハイボール
神楽とりのミックス焼き（ハーフサイズ）
鶏とチーズの大葉巻き
鶏と水菜のサラダ（ハーフサイズ）
日向夏ハイボール
鶏と水菜のサラダはハーフサイズを頼んだが
お一人様には丁度いい量で、味も美味しい。
鶏のほぐし身がのっていて、シャキシャキの水菜と
スライスオニオンがとても合う。
鶏とチーズの大葉巻きは美味しいが、まあ普通。
この料理をマズく作る方が難しい。
一つ言わせてもらえば、運ばれてきた時に熱々じゃなかったことが残念。
それらをつまみながらハイボールを飲んでいると
厨房の端にある焼き場で炎があがっている。
神楽とりのミックス焼きを炭火で焼いているのだ。
鶏から出る油が炭火にたれて、激しい炎になっている。
神楽とりのミックス焼きが運ばれてきた。
ハーフサイズだが一人には丁度いい量だ。
鉄板がジュウジュウいってる。
炎に焼かれた旨そうな地鶏が、ざく切りのキャベツと一緒に熱々の状態（当たり前だが^_^;）
このミックスというのは、もも肉、むね肉が両方味わえる。
これは何回食べても美味しい。
鶏は言うまでもないが、一緒に鉄板にのっているキャベツやピーマンも旨い。
塩味はついているが、柚子胡椒をつけるとさらに旨さが倍増する。
酒がすすむ。すすみすぎるくらいすすむ。
角ハイボールを飲み干して、日向夏ハイボールを頼む。
この日向夏ハイボールもこの店に来ると必ず飲む。
日向夏の味と薫りがたまらない。
食べて飲んで、丁度いい感じにお腹がいっぱいになった。
やっぱりこの店はいい。
なんと言っても美味しいから。
店長さんがわざわざ僕のとろへ来て挨拶してくれた。
以前から思っていたが、真面目で明るく一生懸命な店長さんだ。
ただ、アルバイトの若い子達が割と大きな声で立ち話をしているのが気になる。
料理や飲み物の提供時間に影響を及ぼしてるのは間違いない。
みんな良い子ばかりなので勿体ない。
一人で飲みに行くと、暇だからあれこれ気になるんだなぁ〜とも思うが。
でも、この店はやめられない。

Miyazaki Jidori Charcoal-grilled Kuruma Mitaka Branch It's been a long time since I last visited Kuruma. Charcoal-grilled Miyazaki chicken, grilled chicken breast, fatty tuna, chicken and mizuna salad, shiso chicken and cheese rolls, kawayaki chicken, rich egg yaki, green onion, seseri, grated seseri, ponzu sauce, oden (radish, deep-fried tofu) *No photo Hot Candied sweet potatos and cold vanilla ice cream Eat Everything was delicious. Was it this delicious? It was so delicious I thought. (Very rude.) The overall flavor is a little strong, making beer and highballs go well. I went home really satisfied and full.
