プレーンベーグル、抹茶ベーグル安納芋餡&おさつ、黒豆きなこを購入。
プレーンベーグル ★2.8
はたしてこれはベーグルなのだろうか？という感じであまりベーグルっぽくなく、軽くてふかふかしていて普通のまるパンに近いような食感でした。
やや硬めな所など若干ベーグルっぽざもあるものの、パンよりのベーグルというよりはベーグルよりのパンという感じです。
これはこれで美味しくないわけではないのですが、ベーグルだと思って食べるとちょっと微妙な感じです。
抹茶ベーグル安納芋餡&おさつキャラメル ★3.3
安納芋餡が美味しかったです。
プレーンベーグルとは違いこちらはベーグルらしいずっしりした生地でした。
黒豆きなこ★2.5
中の生地がカピカピしている部分があり、ゴワゴワした食感でした。
黒豆が美味しかっただけに残念です。
私が店内にいる時にも入れ代わり立ち代わりお客さんが来店していて食パンやお食事パンを購入される方が多かったです。
こちらのお店、ベーグルは国産小麦使用、バゲットはフランス産小麦使用など食材にこだわっているようです。
小麦粉の銘柄が黒板に書いてありました。
銘柄まで公表しているお店は珍しいので信頼感が高まります。
