GWの合間の平日、開店25分前に到着。
13番目での待ちです。
11:20頃、入店開始。
この時の並びは40人近くに。
11:50に入店となりました。
いつも伺った際は醤油らぁ麺を注文しますが、本日は煮干しを注文しました。
⚫️特製煮干らぁ麺¥1,500
⚫️麺中盛¥100
サラッとしてますが、煮干しの風味を存分に味わえるスープです。
岩海苔の風味がスープとよく合います。
刻み玉ねぎも口の中をリセットしてくれて、良い役割をしてます。
もちろん、チャーシューも煮卵も見事な一品として存在感を出してます。
醤油も美味しいですが、煮干しも完成された味わいで大満足でした！
