塩らぁ麺 + チャーシュー盛 + 今宵の酒(立山・特別本醸造)
さくら井さんの夜の部は嬉し恥ずかし初体験です。
早開けでスタメンナイン以内だったのはラッキーでしたね。
まずは爽快感のある日本酒と共にチャーシュー盛りを楽しみます。それぞれ絶妙な味付けと仕上がり加減に箸と日本酒が止まりません。
そして久々にいただく塩ですが、まず黄金色のスープの美しさに圧倒されます。そしてな広がる鶏の旨味。スパイシーな香りも加わりインパクトもあり独自性が高いと感じます。
細めのストレート麺はパツっとした食感で麺を啜る手も止められません。
これに加えて醤油、煮干し、つけ麺とラインナップ豊富だから三鷹に引っ越して毎日啜りたいですね。
