中央線三鷹駅から徒歩10分ほど。
こちらのレモンケーキがおいしい、と聞き、
伺ってみました。
なんと、そのレモンケーキがたくさん
焼きあがったばかりで、店内に
ずらりと並べられていました。
アイシングもたっぷりかかって、
おいしそう。
1本 2200円
1ピース 350円
Sサイズ 200円 というのもあります。
この日は、
レモンケーキ 1ピースと
紅茶をいただきました。
しっとりとした仕上がりで、
レモンの酸味がちょうどよく、
ピスタチオもトッピングされています。
店内には、
マフィンやクッキーが陳列されていて、
そのパッケージに、「佐藤菓子店」と書いてあります。
店主に聞くと、若い女性パティシエで、まだ
自分のお店を持てないので、ここでこうして
販売しているのだとのこと。
手の形をしたクッキー 5枚入りを購入
しました。 テクスチュアがやさしく、
とても好みです。
頑張ってほしいですね。
ランチタイムには、カレーやサンドイッチもあります。
