山形県酒田市の名店が東京に進出。
ツルツル麺で、イメージは県は別だが稲庭うどんを食べているような麺。
スープはあっさり煮干し出汁。ごくごく飲める。
ゆずが入ったワンタン、皮も美味い。
今回初めて、岩のり（100円）を追加でスープに入れた。これが抜群！
騙されたと思ってぜひオーダーしてください。
スープを飲み干すラーメン屋って、そんなにないよね～
日曜日の昼間に行きましたが、列をなしてます。
