ウィズ・コロナ下でテイクアウト・グルメ探訪です(笑)。今日は、玉川上水にかかる万助橋にほど近いところにあるMOKMO sandwichesというお店のサンドイッチをテイクアウト。
こちらのお店の売りは、グルテンフリー&糖質オフのクラウドブレッドを使ったサンドイッチ。具も野菜たっぷりでヘルシーなことから、女性に人気があるようです。
フルーツサンドも、クラウドブレッドがパンケーキのような食感なのでケーキのよう。
ただし、テイクアウトの場合、時間が経つほどクラウドブレッドが具材の水分でビチャビチャになり食感を損ねるけと。テイクアウトの場合は、なるべく早く食べることをおすすめします。
因みに店舗の外観は、斜め向かいにあるジブリ美術館に通じるようなデザインの建物です。
