「クラウドブレッド」
という、グルテンフリー＆低糖質のパンの存在は知らなかった。
材料に卵、きび砂糖、クリームチーズ、ベーキングパウダーの4つだけ。
雲のようにふわふわのかたちをしていることからこの名前がつき、
欧米のダイエッターの間で流行っているらしい。
へー。知らなかった。
その「クラウドブレッド」のサンドイッチを売っているこちらのお店。
お店の場所は、
吉祥寺駅から井の頭公園に入り、中をしばらく歩いて抜けた通り。
休日昼どき。
店前の駐車場には、車がたくさん。
皆さん遠方から足を運んでくるのかな。
店内、またはテラス席でイートインもできる。
中の内装もおしゃれ！
今日は天気が良かったので、テイクアウトして井の頭公園のベンチで食べることに。
サンドイッチの種類はとても豊富で、迷う〜。
食事系からスイーツ系まで。
お値段は１つ550円くらいから。
○ラタトゥイユ、マンゴー
「夏季限定」のポップ、そして鮮やかな断層に惹かれてまずこれ。
サンドイッチの中身は、
レタス、ラタトゥイユ、そしてマンゴー！
トロピカル感、出てるね。
甘酸っぱいのがアクセントで良い。
○きのこジェノベーゼ
ちょっと趣向を変えて。
中身は、
きのこマリネ、ベーコン、ジェノベーゼソース。
ベーコンの存在感がすごい！
厚切りでジューシー、塩気とうまみがたっぷり。
きのこマリネとの相性も抜群。
具材とパン生地のすきまを埋めている白っぽいのは何かと思ったら、
マッシュポテトだった。
かな〜りもりもりに入っているので、いもでお腹いっぱい笑
ちなみに、気になる「グルテンフリー＆低糖質」という
クラウドブレッドだけど、実は今回初。
具材のソースが付いていないところをそのまま食べてみよう。
味自体にくせはない。
食感はふわふわで、
例えるなら卵焼きか、シフォンケーキに近いかな。
これでダイエットになるなら毎日でも食べますわ...！
生地が柔らかいから、
たっぷりな具材を包み込むのに適しているのかも。
