気になるお店ではあったのですが、自粛期間中につき、オープン当初はなかなか行ける機会がありませんでした。
平日の２時過ぎ。先客が１名様。いかにも“映え”そうで、それでいてヘルシー志向な変化球の具材が面白く、どれにしようか迷ってしまったのですが、見ているうちに完全におやつ気分となり、スイーツ系から選んでみました。
フレッシュフルーツのショートケーキ風￥５２０
グルテンフリーはそんなに馴染みがないのですが、クラウドブレッドという生地で挟んだというサンドイッチ。
頂いてみます。
クラウドブレッドは表すなら「しゅくっ」とした歯触り。卵白をすごく泡立てて作っているのであろう、スフレ系のスポンジケーキの薄くて甘くない版という感じです。
生クリームはヨーグルトの様な酸味があり、甘みはほとんどありません。彩の良い生パイン、キウイ、バナナ、チェリーはごろっと大きめなので、一気に大口でばくり。フルーツの甘みと合わさるとちょうど良さそうです。その為にも全体を一気に口に入れる感じで頂きました(笑）。
サンドしてある生地が薄めなので、ちょっと崩れそうでヒヤヒヤですが、クラウドブレッドの特徴とこの組み合わせは相性良いでしょう！
