週末にソロで立ち寄り。三鷹駅北口から徒歩10分、三谷通り沿いに店舗を構えるベーカリー。飛騨高山・トランブルーで修行を積まれた店主の放つおシャンティなパンを求めてタマダムが殺到する人気店。
とある土曜日15:50頃お邪魔。他客なし。いや、お客もいないがパンもない、、、在庫は6種類のみ。さすがは人気店である。
わずかに残っていたパンのうち、家族3人でシェアできそうなガーリックフランスをチョイス。300円也。
翌朝リベイクして実食。
かなり引きの強いもちもちバタールに、たっぷり入ったガーリッククリーム。噛むほどに溢れるガーリックの香りとバターの味わいがなんともボリューミーで朝から大喜びのガーリック星人達(∩･∀･∩)
トランブルーご出身といえば、かつて訪れた鶴瀬のブーランジェリーコトンさん。同様にガーリックフランスを購入し、パンが美味いからこその極上の仕上りに感動したことがあったがまさにデジャブ。名店の系譜ってこうやって受け継がれていくものなんでつね(*´꒳`*)
