成増店にも足を運んだお店。たまたま通りかかったので、つけ麺を頼んでみた。
もやしの炒め具合、香りがとても美味かった。
これだけでご飯食べられる。
つけ麺としては、個人的にはあまり麺に絡まなく、なんだか物足りなさを感じた。全粒粉の麺自体はつるつるでコシもあり美味い。漬け汁も味噌の味、もやしがさらに旨さをだしている。だが、合わさるとどちらの良さも消えてしまった。全粒粉じゃない方がいいかもしれない。

先日またつけ麺を食べに行ったら、かなり麺と絡むようになっていた。たまたまか、スープの粘度が前より高く、よく絡んで美味かった。こりゃ、かなり美味い。ただその分もやしの香ばしさが前よりわずかに無くなった。難しいバランスだ。評価上げました。
