在宅ワークで予定してた会議がキャンセルになって時間空いたので、車を走らせマーキングしていた花木流味噌へ。まだ11:30回らないくらいだったが、店内満員、1席だけ空いてたのでギリ座れる。後の3組ほどは待ちになる。人気が窺える。食券機で辛味噌に辛ネギトッピング。ライスともやし大盛無料と言われるが、丁寧に断る…食べ切る自信ないので。。けっこう時間かかって着丼。ネギがタワー。萬馬件に見た目が似てると思いつつ、スープとかも似ている印象だった。ちなみにスープもネギも辛くはなく、味噌のマイルドさが勝つ感じだった。好みドンピシャではなかったけれど、普通に美味しくいただいた。特筆すべきは店員の接客や卓上の充実ぶり、整頓もされている。また後からトッピング追加柔軟に受けたり、それをちゃんと貼り紙してたり。総じて顧客視点が徹底されている印象。こういうの大事。
