昨年オープンしたお洒落なお店で、お友達と一緒にディナーを楽しんで来ました♪
場所は、三鷹駅から歩いて2分
✨スタイリッシュな入り口に
お洒落な店内で、明るさもよく、BGMも静かめで
接待やデートにも最適❤️ ✨
この日は、NIKUYOROZUコース(かまど焼2種コース 6600円)を頂き、名物でありメイン料理のかまど焼きを楽めるコース料理でした♪
〈コース内容〉＋(・感想)
１．純生 肉刺し
・これが、柔らかくてひと口サイズなので食べやすくタレが皆んな大好きなすき焼き風の甘めのタレが始めから、食欲をそそりました。
２．本日の前菜3種盛
・オリーブ牛テールのテリーヌ
お肉のテリーヌの間に枝豆がアクセントになっていました。
・讃岐コーチンの薪たたきカプレーゼ
棒に刺さっていた讃岐コーチンにトマト、モッツァレア、バジルが合っててイタリアンの前菜のようでお洒落でした。
・ハモン・ド・テルエル
生ハムも、嫌味のない塩気で
美味しかったです。
３．薪焼きローストビーフ
・ただの白いソースかと思ったら〜白味噌を使ったマッシュポテトにビックリ‼️こだわりが素敵
・大根のおろしは、さっぱりとして美味しい。
・わさび苦手でしたが、普通のわさびとは違い
山わさび美味しいと初めて思いました。
４．リブとろ椀しゃぶ
出て来てすぐお出汁をかけて頂き
じゅんさいとシャキシャキした物を聞くのを忘れましたが、トロトロお肉と出汁が合わさってかなり美味しく感じました。
５．サラダ
ドレッシングもさっぱりしてて
お口直しで、美味しかったです。
６．原始かまど焼 (特上ロースまたは同等品）
メインのお肉は、8種類の中からチョイス❣️
・私達は、赤身ももと、小豆島 オリーブ牛特上ロースを追加で頂きました。
赤身ももは、かまど焼きの木の香りが程よく香り食べ応えありました。もう一つの特上ロースは柔らかく、また薬味の粒マスタードが美味しすぎてビックリしました。
７．牛肉とマッシュルームの土鍋ご飯
・こちらは、長野県産のコシヒカリに色んな部位のお肉と生マッシュルームの歯応えとが混ざり合って美味しかったのですが、すでにお腹いっぱいだったのでご飯をひと口にして頂き残りは、おにぎりにして頂きました。
・また、おにぎりの包みがアルミパックをバックの形にしてお洒落に可愛くしてくれました。
８．デザート
・気を利かせて頂き、少しの量でのバスクチーズか？ジェラートに変更も可能と言う事で…
・自由が丘 AmiCono さんのジェラートに変更して頂きました。
・ジェラートのお味は、ヘーゼルナッツの味とチョコレートでした❣️ピスタチオが多い中、久しぶりに食べるヘーゼルナッツ味は、王道の美味しさでした。
ちなみに、飲み物は、ブラッドオレンジと黒葡萄ジュースを頂きました濃厚で美味しかったです
何もかもが美味しくて…
その上、粒マスタードや生ワサビなどの薬味まで普通の味を覆えすような美味しさに驚きました‼️
お店の店長さんも気さくにお話しして頂き、
食べる時間が楽しくなりました
