牛肉はすべて国産オリーブ牛を冷凍せず生の状態から調理するというこだわり。食品衛生法により口にする機会の減った牛刺しを頂くことのできる認定許可店。これぞ本物の牛刺し。
お肉本来の旨味を存分に楽しめる圧巻のコースです。
②視覚的に楽しめるライブキッチン
焼き台や厨房を囲むカウンター席では調理風景を見ながら食事を楽しむことができます。

噂に聞いていたNIKUYOROZUさんは、噂以上の優良店でした。
これは人気も納得。
お料理のレベルはどれも高く、肉質も素晴らしい。高品質なお肉をこのお値段で出せるのは、卸を介していないからこそ為せるそうです。同じ価格帯のお肉料理屋さんと比べると段違いに肉質が良い。企業努力ですね！
近所にできて欲しいと切実に思える素敵なお店。
雰囲気も良く接客も素晴らしい、幸せいっぱいの時間を過ごせました。
