◆出色の一皿に変えて
さくらプリンは
薄桃色のさくらプリンの上に薄桃の靄のようなさくらジュレ、
その水面（みなも）に浮かぶさくらの花が映える。
プリンは
とろとろにやわらかくミルキーで、
ゼリーは澄んだ味わい、さくらの花は優しい塩みで
総じてさくら餅のようなやわらかな甘さを湛えていて、
バニラビーンズが涼しく香る。
いわゆるカスタードを感じるプリンからは遠いが、
季節を感じる雅なプリンだった。
