私は味噌ラーメンをあまり食べませんが、過去10年間食べた中では、No. 1です。
ご夫婦2人でのこぢんまりしたお店です。
店内へ踏み入れると、味噌とスープの良い香りが漂っています。
これは、期待出来る！
更に、接客担当の奥様の笑顔！
先ずはスープから。
味噌の香り、塩味、甘味、絶妙のバランスで、レンゲが止まりません。
味噌の下には芳醇なスープの奥行きを感じます。
美味い！
麺は、平打ち手もみ麺で、厚さが気持ち薄く心許ない儚さがありますが、優しく掬い上げると口の中でリズムを奏でます。
優しい味噌スープと麺が絶妙のバランスです。
トッピングのもやし、ネギ、揚げ牛蒡にも隙がありません。
