週末に訪問。店内満席。外待ち数人。「TRYラーメン大賞味噌部門」の受賞実績のあるお店。お店はレトロ感もありつつ、綺麗で洗練された外観。店主さんは手揉みの名店『七彩」、味噌の名店「くるり」で修行された方とのことで期待大。今回はオススメメニューの『味玉味噌ラーメン』をオーダー。ビジュアルがいかにも美味しそうで香りが素晴らしい。麺中央には揚げゴボウがトッピングされて違いを感じます。スープは数種の味噌と動物系の旨味が合わさり超濃厚な味で中毒性がある美味しさ。手揉みの麺はピロピロした仕上がりでスープの絡み抜群。茹でる前、目の前で丁寧に手揉みしてくれて小麦の美味しさが凝縮された麺です。具材はレアチャーシュー、熱々の炒めたモヤシ、味玉、香ばしい揚げゴボウとどれも逸品。評判通りにバッチリ美味しい味噌ラーメンでした。オススメです。
