ゆったり広い中華レストランです ^^
街路樹に隠れてあまり目立たない
そんな印象がありましたけど
駐車場もあってお店も広いんです ^^;
フロアに円卓が並んでいて、
窓際にはラウンドテーブルのある席も。
家族５人で訪問したのでそちらの席で♫
前菜の盛り付けもきれいですね。
中華屋さんはクラゲがやっぱり美味しい ^^
取分け担当不要かと思いましたが、
そこはまあ旧習というか習慣もあって。
酢豚なども野菜が大きくカットされて
見た目もよく食べ応えもありましたね♫
五目おこげは、テーブルで仕上げ。
熱々の餡をかけるとジュワッと湯気が。
カリカリのお焦げは歯ごたえを楽しむでも
餡がしみてはんなりしてからでも、
どちらでも美味しくいただけました ^^

今回も家族で訪問しました。
冬季限定のフカヒレ茶碗蒸し、
初めていただきましたけど
とろみ餡の中にはなめらかな
フカヒレが盛りだくさん ^^
スモークダックは人数分を頼み
野菜と甘酸っぱい特製ソースを
鴨肉と一緒に包子に挟んで。
ふかふか包子にさっぱりソース、
肉肉しさもあって美味しいですね♫
この日は紹興酒なんかもいただいて、
のんびり美味しく過ごせました。
